County of Brant’s 2023 Culture Days ranked third for Top Rural/Small Town in Ontario because of this, in 2024, it is an Ontario Festival Hub!! In addition to three full weeks of FREE diverse programming, there will be a Hub Anchor Event on September 28, 2024, in the walk-able area in and around Downtown Paris, ON, with over 20 groups and events signed up for the day! A diverse mix of events and programs are being offered in the County including: The Art of Calligraphy: A Cultural Journey, Great Stories in Brant Traveling Exhibit, Brant Pride JOY Event, Student Concert Series, Rural Expressions, Onondaga Village: The Grand Tour, Paris Performers' Theatre: Taster Workshops Day, Flowers Through Time - A Historical Exploration of Floral Art, Community Paint Project, Interactive Exhibits and much more!

Please also explore Six Nations of the Grand River events! Located south of Brantford and running alongside the Grand River, this southwestern territory in Ontario is brimming with history that spans thousands of years. The Six Nations of the Grand River is the only region in the continent where all Haudenosaunee nations live together. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy (which translates to “they build houses”) is made up of the Mohawk, Cayuga, Onondaga, Oneida, Seneca and Tuscarora nations. Together they contribute to the area’s rich arts, natural elements, history, and ongoing legacy.
