CALLING ALL POETS!

Sheath your writing quill for the evening and crack open your journal for all to hear.

We're eager to listen. This is meant to be a space of compassionate community.

Join us at Manns Distillery, where you can enjoy a locally crafted signature cocktail/mocktail and get welcomed into this cozy group of poets of all ages and all experience levels.

Sign up starts at 6pm, poetry starts at 6:30. Time limits will depend on the number of poets who register. Event wraps at 8pm but the brewery remains open until 9pm.

Laurier Students' Public Interest Research Group (LSPIRG) is a registered non-profit organization that helps to develop advocacy tools and avenues for grassroots action. Our vision is to act as a reliable support in building and sustaining movements that tear down systems of violence and replace them with equitable and just communities. We stand for anti-oppression, community care and activism. We host events and run initiatives focused on the social and environmental issues our members care about, fund independent and community-oriented action groups and support research projects.
