À propos
In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, join us for an afternoon of reflection, learning, and creative expression inspired by the teachings of the Medicine Wheel. Guided by Krystal Glowatski’s own learning journey as a Cree woman with maternal ties to Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation, participants will explore the interconnectedness of the spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental aspects of self. Through thoughtful discussion, personal reflection, and the creation of a personalized Medicine Wheel, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, consider what it means to live in balance, and reflect on how truth, reconciliation, and Indigenous ways of knowing invite us into deeper relationships with ourselves, each other, and the communities we share. No artistic experience is necessary—only a willingness to listen, learn, and reflect.
