BC Culture Days’ 2024 Ambassador Series, Intercultural Interplay, invites you to celebrate and ponder various creative commonalities that exist among cultures. Through poetic prompts, graphic score workshopping, paint making tutorials, collaborative artmaking, urban sketching, journaling activities, and more, our six BC Culture Days artist ambassadors will guide you on interactive and playful paths to explore and share your own cultural identity. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in cross-cultural dialogue and embrace new forms of cultural collaboration.

The prefix “inter-” is a signal for what exists between and among: where two or more things come together, find common ground, exchange, and build off of each other. By means of intercultural celebration, participants will have the opportunity to discover and honour our cultural differences and shared experiences together, learn about each other's individual and collective histories, and create valuable community connections. Join us for a free Intercultural Interplay event near you in Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, Kelowna, and Nanaimo!
