Alberta Culture Days 2020: September 1 to 30
30 days to discover, experience and celebrate virtual and in person, indoors and outdoors
Alberta Culture Days is an opportunity to discover, experience and celebrate arts and culture through local events and activities, in person and online across the province.
During these times of uncertainty, Alberta Culture Days is encouraging community organizations to explore and transform how this celebration is shared with Albertans.
Month of the Artist was moved to September to complement this initiative. Alberta Culture Days community organizations will have the opportunity to host their event/activities throughout the month of September.
More than 800 communities from coast to coast participated in National Culture Days 2019 to increase awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities.
For more detailed information on how to participate in Alberta, visit the provincial website.
