This year, in response to COVID-19, WNDX (pronounced win-dex!) is moving online and will be free and accessible worldwide between October 7-11, 2020. In an era of digital saturation, the festival presents a thoughtful slate of programming that celebrates new and innovative moving image works from Canada and abroad. With an emphasis on live-digital performances, one feature, and two short film programs, WNDX’s 2020 programming celebrates a slew of legendary artists, hometown icons, and underrepresented communities.
