The Art Gallery of Algoma proudly celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year, marking five decades of bringing art and culture to the community. Its permanent collection now features over 5,500 works, with a strong emphasis on Canadian art—from the iconic Group of Seven to Indigenous artists and contemporary voices who continue to shape Canada’s visual landscape.
