Come join us for a community art workshop at Riverstone Community Centre! You’ll have a chance to share your input on the mural design for Fire Station #213 and then create an art piece alongside local artist Meegan Lim that will be installed outside Riverstone.

Let’s come together as a community, make art, and brighten up our neighbo​urhood.​

City of Brampton, Cultural Programming

The Cultural Services division at the City of Brampton includes the work of Brampton On Stage, Cultural Planning, Cultural Programming, and Public Art. This division provides strategic leadership and project management for municipal cultural development in Brampton, guided by the Council-endorsed Culture Master Plan.

Key priorities for the division include:

Management of the Brampton Arts Walk of Fame: Celebrati​ng and building connections with Brampton's incredible artistic and creative talent while inspiring the next generation of artists and creators to follow in their footsteps.

Development of Brampton's Non-Profit Sector: Building org​​anizational capacity and administering project grants that support Council Priorities through the Advance Brampton Fund.

Expansion of the Municipal Public Art Portfolio: Contributing to the city's visual legacy and establishing Brampton's identity as a vibrant, creative place for residents, visitors, and investors.
