Ground floor exhibits are wheelchair accessible. Second floor exhibits are not accessible. (Stairs only, 17 steps.) For accommodation, call 905-338-4400.

Join us for a guided tour of the beautiful Erchless Estate. Learn about the Chisholms, Oakville's founding family who called the museum home for six generations. Gain insight into the history of the town and Oakville's early Black History. Guided tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis during our open hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Self-guided exhibits available until 4:30 p.m.

Admission is free for groups of up to 10 people. Donations are welcome.

For large group tours, please call 905-338-4400 to confirm rates and availability.

The Town of Oakville is located on Treaty 14 and 22 lands, the territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat and the Haudenosaunee. Oakville is home to many different First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
