À propos
As well as the more familiar definition, imbibe means to absorb or assimilate ideas or knowledge.
As an homage to both definitions, audiences will be able to modestly imbibe local craft beer and wine (optional) as well as the oral tradition of storytelling.
For the story slam, a number of storytellers (up to 10) will register to tell a 5 minute story (no props or papers) to be judged by the audience. At the end, scores are tallied and a prize awarded to the top storyteller.
A frolicking confluence, storytellers, brewers and winemakers will share their craft with an audience thirsty for entertainment.
