À propos
Inspired by the stunning 135-foot mural titled “Under the Oak Tree” created by local artist Julia YH (MonkYi), participants will explore the mural’s nature-themed details through a fun scavenger hunt and craft their own buttons using illustrations drawn from Oakville’s flora. Julia’s mural was created with input from over 60 residents and painted over 23 days in Fall 2024. Now, we’re inviting Julia back to share the mural’s stories and symbols through creative play and discovery. This is your chance to meet the artist and discover the details in the mural.
