Discover the rich food traditions of Indigenous peoples with Chef Destiny! During this engaging workshop, participants will enjoy a bowl of Three Sister Soup and Wild Rice Salad, which are dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free and vegan! Everyone in attendance will learn about Indigenous ingredients, traditional agriculture, food sovereignty, healthy eating, and reducing food waste, as well as receive a recipe card to recreate these nutritious, plant-based dishes at home. Registration is required as seats are limited.
