About
The public are invited to contribute to a mural facilitated by Nadine Chantal Leclerc and Star Nahwegahbo . The mural contains pre-filled graphics that feature information related to the Orange Shirt Project and ten Calls-to-Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.
The mural’s graphics include t-shirts (inspired by ‘every child matters’) in a circle with each representing one of the ten calls-to-action, using the circle shape as an educational tool to also feature various elements of the medicine wheel. The public completes the mural by coloring in the drawings.
The mural is to hang at Glen Abbey Community Centre.
