About

Wonderhub and Wildernook Fresh Air Learning are excited to present Building a River Community as a part of SaskCulture's Culture Days

Building a River Community is an outdoor facilitated river walk that promotes care and appreciation for the South Saskatchewan River. The activities along the way highlight for caregivers and children the many ways the river is part of our day-to-day lives and our identity as Saskatonians. Stroll along the scenic riverbank and uncover your own personal connection to the river. Engage in hands-on activities along the way designed to nurture your connection to our river. Participants will take home an activity guide so they can continue to grow their relationship with the river.

Be sure to dress for the weather as this program takes place primarily outside.

Session Dates: Sunday September 25th

Program time: 10:00am - 12:00pm

Location: Meet in Wonderhub's lower lobby before heading out for a walk by the river

This program has been made available by SaskCulture and Sask Lotteries
