About
We can brighten up paper-made rabbits so they will look like lanterns in the park on October 6th, during the Moon Festival. In Chinese folklore, the Moon Rabbit, called the Jade Rabbit, is a companion to the moon goddess Chang'e. The festival, celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, centers around the full moon, family reunions, and honouring Chang'e and her companion, the Jade Rabbit.
The Jade Rabbit is often depicted in art, and lanterns associated with the Moon Festival. Please feel free to send Miss Ming an email indicating 'Moon Rabbit' for a step by step folding instruction.
