Join us in a historical setting and enjoy entertaining tales by talented story tellers with live musical interludes and indulge in some fireside refreshments, One of the story tellers is: Glaswegian story teller Michael Williams. Experience how history is preserved and customs are shared by the stories that are passed down. Learn to create, write and tell stories through words and gestures. Enjoy an afternoon of stories, history and fireside refreshments.

The Adelaide Hunter Hoodless Homestead is a historic house museum and birth place of the co-founder of the Women's Institute, Adelaide Hunter Hoodless.

We offer guided tours of the 1870s homestead, we have a pavilion and two acre estate for picnics and events. We also offer a wide variety of community programs for children and adults alike.
