As part of River Run Centre's 25th Anniversary Celebrations, the theatre is hosting a two-day Open House featuring free, interactive activities for everyone.

Take part in backstage tours for an exclusive look at the stage behind-the-scenes, capture a fun memory at the selfie station on the theatre's Main Stage, and enjoy complimentary refreshments as you take in live entertainment from some of Guelph's finest local musicians.

On October 4-5, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., come celebrate 25 years of live, cultural entertainment at Guelph's premier performing arts centre!

River Run Centre enhances the cultural life of the community within Guelph and surrounding areas by presenting a variety of professional performances from world, classical, and popular music to musical theatre, children’s shows, drama, comedy, and dance. Performers include local, national, and international artists, with special attention given to supporting and nurturing Canadian performers.

River Run Centre strives to provide, facilitate, and encourage excellence in programming all disciplines of the performing arts. The programming is guided by the objectives to foster an appreciation in the community for a wide range of artistic expression, and to help children and youth acquire knowledge and a taste for the performing arts through frequent and accessible experiences to professional performances.
