About
A graceful activity that combines swimming, dance, and gymnastics, all performed in water to music. Athletes execute intricate routines with precise movements, breath control, and teamwork, often while upside down and smiling. It's as much about artistry as it is about strength and stamina.
In a fun beginner try-it session led by a synchro teacher, you'll be taught foundational movements, build endurance through cardio-based activities, and experience the creativity of moving to music in the water - giving you a fun and challenging introduction to the sport’s elegance, coordination, and physical demands. Curious about synchronized swimming?
This activity is perfect for swimmers aged 9+ who have completed Swim Level 4 and want to explore the basics of artistic swimming in a fun, supportive environment.
