About

We’ll be setting up a live wood‑carving display in the lobby of the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, where visitors can watch us carve and see our creative process in action. Throughout the day, we’ll be working on pieces, answering questions, and talking with anyone who wants to learn more about the craft.

We’ll be showcasing a variety of our carvings—animals, birds, automobiles, and even models inspired by industrial equipment—so people can get a sense of the range of projects we enjoy creating. We love sharing ideas, techniques, and stories, and the festival gives us a chance to connect with others who are curious about wood carving.

We meet every Thursday at 1:30 pm in the wood shop at the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, and the festival is a great opportunity for visitors to see what our group is all about.
