About
Welcome to the world of Waldoodles through this digital online Gallery.
This gallery showcases over 40 Waldoodles created by artist Walter Sayers.
Walter created his Waldoodle monsters in 2009 to help his son ease the stress
about drawing everything perfect. Armed with a marker and a bunch of 6”x6”
canvases, Walter drew and painted the first 60 monster paintings he later
called Waldoodles. Each Waldoodle starts as a scribble until a unique monster emerges. The Waldoodle paintings represents finding your own creative confidence from within. The size of the paintings ranges from 6"x6" to larger paintings at 3' x 4’.
Come explore these art monsters that all start from a scribble.
The exhibition is also on display at the new Somerville 630 art gallery in the heart of the old east village (630 Dundas St, London, ON) from Sept 11th to Oct 17th.
