About

Learn to draw Waldoodles and unleash your creative confidence!

Open to all ages and no drawing experience necessary!

In this workshop you will learn step by step how to draw and capture these mischievous creatures with Waldoodle artist Walter Sayers.

Walter created his Waldoodle monsters in 2009 to help his son ease the stress

about drawing everything perfect. Armed with a marker and a bunch of 6”x6”

canvases, Walter drew and painted the first 60 monster paintings he later

called Waldoodles.

The Process:

The Waldoodle drawing process is a fun and easy way to create and will boost your creative confidence because there is no wrong way to creating one of these Art Monsters.

The Workshop:

The workshop will last 1hr and 30 mins.

Supplies Needed:

- minimum of 10 sheets of drawing paper (8.5 x11 white bond paper)

- HB pencil, an eraser, pencil crayons (optional), black markers (optional)

Please click on the "Workshop Link" below, to watch online during the workshop times provided.

For those who are interested, I have an exhibition of 40 Waldoodles, currently on display at the new Somerville 630 art gallery in the heart of the old east village (630 Dundas St, London, ON) from Sept 11th to Oct 17th.
