About
Join us for the Fall Celtic Festival (formerly the Oakville Irish Cultural Day)...the premier celebration of Celtic Culture in Ontario!! Our event aims to showcase Irish, Scottish, Welsh and Cornish music, dance, art, food, and sport (among other things). It brings Celtic culture to the people of the GTA, and allows them to connect with their heritage, or learn about a new culture. The event will include live music and dancing, live theatre, hurling matches, highland games, language workshops, historical exhibits, storytelling, geneology, children's activities, and food and drink.
The event will be open and free to the public.
KIDZONE w/bouncy castle, craft, face painting, and Celtic dog breeds...not to mention COTTON CANDY AND BUTTER BEER!
AMAZING Celtic vendors....lots of treats and beautiful craftwork!
Cameron's Brewing Company on the Beer Tent next to our INFLATABLE PUB! @maveriickdistillery cocktails! And Leaning Post Wines serving up their amazing vintages!
Irish dancers on stage EVERY HOUR! And inside at the CrownandRose Feis and Oakville Feis And the BEST MC on either side of the Atlantic... Hugo Straney on the mic on Sunday!
