Organizer
Fall Celtic Festival Committee
The mandate of the Fall Celtic Festival Committee is to organize and deliver Ontario’s premier Celtic cultural festival, advancing Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Cornish, Breton, Manx, and Iberian-Celtic traditions—both historic and contemporary—across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Through live performances, exhibits, demonstrations, and workshops, the Festival offers a broad range of arts and heritage activities, including music, dance, theatre, visual arts, crafts, food and drink, history, genealogy, languages, folklore, animals, and other attractions developed by the Committee. By providing engaging and culturally rich programming, the Festival gives local residents meaningful opportunities to experience and celebrate local Celtic arts and heritage. It welcomes visitors of all backgrounds to explore how Celtic cultures contribute to Canada’s diverse multicultural society and, where applicable, to connect with their own ancestral roots.
