About

You will be welcomed by our Town Crier, Richard Crossman, into the world of wearable art, experience the exquisite, acquire the divine! Sit down, young and mature, pick your fabric and create your own one-of-a-kind scrunchie. Enjoy completing an accessory from fabric remnants. Walk along our displays of start to finish designs, see our tools and diversity of mediums and textures. Have a sneak peek at this year’s artist challenge “Recycled to ARTcycled”.

The Wearable Art Show

The Wearable Art Show exists to benefit and inspire Canadian Artists by creating a unique event allowing others to explore, experience and purchase wearable art. The Wearable Art Show is a registered not-for-profit. We host an annual juried show and a curated fashion show for the promotion and sale of wearable art that is designed and made by Canadian artists. We are the original and longest running dedicated wearable art show in Canada. Each year there is an open challenge for artists to push their creativity to inspiring levels, using their medium to interpret the current show’s theme. 2023, “Recycled to ARTcycled”, artists are challenged to create wonderful wearables while repurposing waste.
