Please join us for a Tai Chi session. Easy to follow and learn the first 12.

Tai Chi exercises your whole body and mind. Practiced diligently, Tai Chi can improve your circulation, flexibility and balance leading to improved health and a sense of greater vitality. Sometimes called a “moving meditation” it is also beneficial for your mind, as you learn and practice new things while moving.
