About
Join us at City Hall as we officially kick off Culture Days in St. Catharines with a community flag raising. Artists, activity organizers, Councillors, and City staff will come together to raise the Culture Days flag, marking the start of our highlighted weekend as a Niagara Festival Hub from September 26–28.
Following the ceremony, head inside to the third floor of City Hall for the opening of Layers, the City’s Annual Juried Art Exhibition.
