In the Key of Dalnavert

Dalnavert Museum is a Victorian house museum in the heart of Downtown Winnipeg. At this culture days hub you can expect a series of events inspired by music! The first weekend features drumming from different cultures coming together, the second weekend features early music with instruments from medieval and renaissance times like recorder consorts, harpsichord, strings and more – you may even see some English Country Dancers! Lastly a series of musical talks from passionate entertainers. From Manitoba Underground Opera, to Metis Fiddle, and Vintage sheet music and the American songbook with music from the 20s-50s.
