Friday, Sept. 27/19 7:30 - 10:30 pm COFFEE HOUSE in the Historic Post Office setting! Come and enjoy local talent featuring the O'Flanagan Brothers, musicians , singers and dancers while you sip your coffee, drinks, and refreshments. A lovely kick-off to Culture Days festivities. Saturday, Sept. 28/19 10 am - 4 pm CULTUREFEST at the Kerry Vickar Centre. Start the day outdoors at our tipi ceremony at 9:30 am, then come into a fun-packed day with Cultural displays, artists and craftspeople demos, jigging and dance workshops, an Ethnic Kitchen hands-on and interactive, an Artisan Market, a unqiue Storywalk, performances by a Bear dancer and Creeland Dancers Metis square dancers. An International Cafe will serve wonderful delicacies, you can dress up and have your picture taken at our Photo Booth, you can learn jigging, you can try your hand at quilting, you can cook bannock, and so much more! Both venues are wheelchair accessible, with lots of parking.
