The Art Gallery of Regina (2420 Elphinstone St.) and its hub partners holophon audio arts, The George F. Ledingham Herbarium, Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre and Sâkêwêwak Artists' Collective, invite you to activate relationships between humans, animals and plants and to discover art as a medium of interspecies communication and empathy. The phrase We Are All Electric Beings reveals commonality between all life forms. The hub's Culture Days online and in-person events for all ages encompass a visual arts exhibition featuring works by Heather Shillinglaw, Laurel Terlesky, Rachel Broussard, and Alyssa Ellis, a discussion forum between a biologist and artists, an plant music listening party, a stitching and sharing circle, performance art, participatory art and a collage activity for children.
