Xchanges Gallery and Studios is excited to be part of Culture Days 2020! we are offering a variety of activities that are self-guided at the Gallery and online via Zoom. You can check out two contemporary exhibitions at the Gallery (with Covid-19 safety protocols in place), meet the artists, learn about Chinese Brush Painting, try your hand at Guided Portrait drawing and then try it on your own at a free drop-in session, just for Culture Days 2020 participants!
We have invited other Victoria arts & culture organizations to join our Hub - you will see them also listed here - check out the great events happening in Victoria.
For in-person events parking is available onsite for five vehicles. Local bus transportation and connections are nearby at Douglas and Bay Streets.
Please Note: Our location is not wheelchair accessible and there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the gallery.
About Xchanges
Xchanges was founded as an artist-run centre in 1967. As a non-profit charity Xchanges is committed to being of service to the greater community through its artistic and gallery goals, developing its people and supporting creativity. Xchanges provides affordable studio space to artists, monthly exhibitions and offers weekly online and in-person life drawing, portrait drawing and other workshops.
