As part of the South Asian Mommies of Milton’s Cultural Hour, SAMM invites you to a super fun and interactive Lezhim Workshop — where tradition gets a modern twist and exercise feels like a celebration!
Lezhim is a high-energy group dance from Maharashtra that combines rhythmic steps, jingling instruments, and loads of team spirit. Originally designed to keep people active (and smiling!), it’s the perfect mix of dance and workout — no gym required.
It’s not just fun — it’s also a full-body experience! Boost your heart health, sharpen your coordination, and connect with your community while having a blast.
No dance skills? No problem! Just show up, shake it, and let the jingles lead the way with instructor Rashmi Vedpathak!
