Create Waterloo, the City of Waterloo’s arts and culture team, is partnering with Neighbourhoods to bring a tiny bit of Lumen to residents throughout Waterloo.

Residents are invited to participate by picking up a supply kit at the Waterloo Visitor and Heritage Information Centre (10 Father David Bauer Drive). Registration for pick-up at the Visitor Centre is recommended, but is not necessary. A small number of supply kits will also be available for pick-up at each of the Waterloo Public Library locations. Supply kits will include all that you need to create Lumen lanterns for your home or neighbourhood.

Participants who share their photos of their Lumen lanterns on Create Waterloo’s social media channels will be entered into a draw to win one of three prize packs.
