Art Contest
“ How does your art represent your culture”
• Art will be displayed all weekend long and the competition winners will have their art displayed through the following week at the High River Library. (The judging will take place on Wednesday September 25th 6:30 to 7:30)
Culture Dance Performances
Saturday September 28th from 2:30 to 3:30
The group names are:
Mexico Lindo in High River
The Filipino Kids Dream Chasers Group
Henna Art (Mendhi)
The Henna will be offered on the 28th in the Library from 2:30 to 4:00 free/by donation

The Venue
This community driven, non-profit society has set forth a mission to build a 12,000 square foot collaborative performing and creative arts space in downtown High River. The Venue will offer an authentic theatre for performances and well-equipped multidisciplinary studios for creating and teaching. This cultural landmark will enhance the landscape and diversity of the downtown core and provide greater opportunity for all generations of artists and patrons.
