The concept behind the Tapisserie francophone en Alberta Community Mosaic Project is two fold: To raise awareness of the visual arts by reaching out to the local community and encouraging participation from individuals of all ages and abilities, and to provide an opportunity for the local Francophone community to share its Alberta pride. Through this project, ACFA régionale d’Edmonton aims to unite the local Francophone community in creating a community-based mosaic.
