Located in the heart of the harbour front, the Gimli Art Club Gallery is the home to a diverse group of artisans and their unique works of art. Enjoy our beautiful 50th Anniversary murals on the outside walls of the art club & gallery. Art demonstrations outside and "Make your Mark" on a community canvas! The Art Club will be open from 7 - 9 pm for Nuit Blanche with a tour stop at 7:50 pm.

Gimli Art Club
As a teaching and mentoring Club we encourage development and exploration of all media of art. Watercolour, acrylic, oil, pastel and coloured pencil, along with developing sketching and drawing skills, are often taught by member artists. Classes by invited non-member instructors teaching day sessions occur frequently.
Original stained glass designs, fused glass works, original jewelry designs, batik, photography are part of our Gallery displays. We have a pottery/sculpture room with wheels and kilns and an in-house instructor, Rose Marie Hess, that will introduce you to these media. Our members are constantly fine tuning their own unique talents and encourage others to try new experiences with different and mixed media. Often artists work at the Club during daytime hours and we like to speak with the public about what we offer new members.
