This sit or stand mixed mobility dance class with Katya Kuznetsova will get you in the groove to the sounds of Brazilian drumming, Cha-Cha-Cha, Salsa, Swing and Waltz. Each session includes a rhythmic but gentle warm-up followed by dance elements that can all be done seated, walkers, wheelchairs or chairs are welcome. Limited to 40 ticketed attendees per session.

Free, In-person indoor event for adults. All health and safety guidelines will be met as per covid restrictions.

Held at West Shore Community Centre.
