Step inside a professional photography studio and collaborate to create an artistic portrait. Participants will take turns as the model, lighting assistant, reflector holder, and photographer while exploring how light and composition shape an expressive image. This is a fun, hands-on experience designed for anyone who is curious about photography, creativity, and the artistic process. No photography experience is required—everyone is welcome.

ZL Photography & Art Studio is a Richmond-based artist studio dedicated to photographic art, located in the Capstan Village Arts District. As one of the district's street-oriented commercial artist studios, the studio serves both as a creative workspace for artistic practice and as a public-facing community space for exhibitions, educational programs, and public engagement through the arts. This event is presented in collaboration with the Coast to Coast Visual Arts Association, a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to promoting visual arts and cultural exchange through exhibitions, educational programs, and community initiatives
