Energy Flow, (Yin Certified) Jade recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Trubliss studio in Courtice. Starting her Yoga practice in the summer of 2022, it quickly became a lifestyle. Jade found comfort, support and a sense of belonging within this beautiful yogic community. She found an abundance of health and wellness benefits from her consistent practices and felt her mind, body and spirit expanding and flourishing. Jade aspires to share the calmness, mindfulness and determination she gains from the practice, and to provide a safe space for all.
