Viking culture is fascinating and the re-enactors of the Claimte Solais group (along with many visiting friends) make history come alive. Whether they are telling you about their clothing, shoes, musical instruments, beadwork, weaponry, or battle tactics--it is all as authentic as possible.
The Viking Camp has been one of our most interesting features of Dauphin's Culture Days for several years now. Be sure to learn more about Viking culture!

Dauphin Culture Days is put on each year by the creative folks at the Watson Art Centre, the Dauphin Public Library, the Dauphin Art Group, Countryfest Community Cinema, and just about any other creative person or group we can cajole into playing along with us. We know that creativity is at the heart of humans of all ages and our goal is to get our town to create, participate, and share.
