Watch a demo on making fresh pasta from scratch. Learn how to make egg and semolina pastas, as well as gnocchi and ravioli using a variety of tools and techniques. Sample a bit and leave with delicious recipes to prepare at home. This is a FREE program but pre-registration is required. Arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of workshop to secure your registration. Unregistered participants will be accepted into workshop on day of event if space is available. Priority will be given to oakville.ca waitlists, followed by day of the event sign-up sheet available at the studios at 9:30 a.m. Online registration and waitlists for courses will close on the Thursday at midnight, prior to the weekend.
