À propos
Lumsden based chef Jenni Lessard became the first female and Métis Executive Chef at Wanuskewin Heritage Park in 2019. She has owned and operated her own restaurants, taught classes and workshops throughout western and northern Canada and is now very happy being in a place where she can consult on recipe and menu planning or culinary experience development. Jenni's knowledge of Saskatchewan, and specifically northern Saskatchewan, grown and harvested food products is special. For this event, we have developed a few different types of flavours for participants to learn about, season with and try.
