Join Karishma Mansingani in this super fun workshop! Bollywood dancing comes from the Indian film industry and incorporates traditional Indian and Bhangra folk dance with Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin and Bellydance styles. It is energetic, expressive and so much fun! No prior dance experience necessary, pre-registration required. Bring the whole family!

Karishma is a York Region dance artist and teacher with over 15 years of expereince. She grew up in Taiwan, where she trained in a variety of multicultural dance forms specialising in Bollywood dance practice and performance.
This workshop is part of Dance Together Festival York Region. It is free for participants, thanks to the generous support of the Richmond Hill Community and Cultural Grant Program. Presented in partnership with the Dance Together Project, Assembly Park, York Region Arts Council, City of Vaughan, City of Richmond Hill and Richmond Hill Public Library.
