Ce Ce's Cupcakes is back at Milton Culture Days but this year instead of cake, she's bringing cupcakes for the kids! Children are welcome to delve in and decorate their own cupcake.
"I have been baking my entire life, some of my best recipes come from my Nanna's kitchen. I use only natural, fresh ingredients - nothing is ever artificial in my kitchen, if I wouldn't eat it, I wont bake it for you! I promise, you HAVE to try them!"
