À propos
If you can't make it to the Historic Stewart Farm in person have a look at our virtual tour to see inside the 1894 farmhouse. After you have gone through the house have a look at our recipes and activities do do at home. Follow our recipe for old fashioned scones and while they are baking you can play some heritage parlour games. Don't forget to churn your own butter. All you need is whipping cream and a jar to make fresh butter for your scones.

Historic Stewart Farm
The Historic Stewart Farm is a historic site that features the Stewart Farmhouse built in 1894. In the middle of Elgin Heritage Park and on the bank of the Nicomekl River it is a picturesque location where you can step into the past. The site has 9 heritage buildings that help tell the story of Surrey at the turn of the century.
Surrey is situated on the unceded and ancestral lands of the Salish peoples, including the q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie), q̓ʷɑ:n̓ƛ̓ən̓ (Kwantlen), and se’mya’me (Semiahmoo) Nations.
