Design an online exhibit for the Diefenbaker Canada Centre! Using a collection of artefacts from Diefenbaker’s personal collection, take part in this collaborative exhibition with other like-minded individuals from the Saskatchewan community.

Working as a group, you will develop and design an unique online exhibition using randomly chosen artefacts, themes, and narrative styles. From exhibit design and writing to creating promotional materials, you will be able to take part in all aspects of creating an exhibit You will also have the opportunity to take part in the ‘Sask Voices Matter’ community art installation, participate in a discussion about visitors actively engaging with exhibits, and receive a behind the scenes tour of the Diefenbaker Canada Centre.

The exhibit will be presented on the Diefenbaker Canada Centre website for the month of October following the event.

Pre-registration is required.

Diefenbaker Canada Centre

The Right Honourable John G. Diefenbaker dreamed of a united Canada, one which would find strength through diversity. The Diefenbaker Canada Centre’s (DCC) mandate is to build on this legacy by celebrating citizenship, leadership, human rights and Canada’s role in the international community.

With free admission, affordable programming, and interpretive tours, the DCC has created a welcoming and accessible environment. This fosters engagement that bridges the gap between the university and the greater Saskatoon community, and between all citizens, irrespective of background.
