As part of the South Asian Mommies of Milton’s Cultural Hour, SAMM proudly presents an exquisite Bharatanatyam performance by the highly accomplished artist Meneka.

With over 18 years of rigorous training and stage experience, Meneka brings depth, precision, and expressive brilliance to every movement. Trained at the prestigious Bharatnatyam Kalalayam Cultural Trust, she has mastered the Dandayudha Pani Pillai style of Bharatanatyam — a discipline celebrated for its intricate technique and emotional expression.

Her accolades include the Kalashree Award and the President’s Award for Best Classical Dancer in India, marking her as a distinguished presence in the classical dance world.

In addition to her classical expertise, Meneka’s repertoire also includes Indian folk and Bollywood dance styles, reflecting her dynamic range and passion for sharing Indian dance in all its forms. Her performance promises a captivating blend of tradition and innovation — a true celebration of culture and artistry.
