Organisateur

Heartfulness Institute

Heartfulness is a global non-profit organization based on simple meditative practices and skills. It has been around for over 100 years. Heartfulness helps people find inner calm, peace and stillness. The simple practices are offered to people of all walks of life, cultures, religious beliefs, and economic situations, free of charge. With over 5 million practitioners worldwide in 160 countries, our mission is to help develop peaceful, healthy and holistically educated individuals and communities, with a spirit of human well-being and oneness. In Canada we have been a registered charity since 1974, serving Canadians of all races, religions, and backgrounds. We have conducted workshops in Canada for corporations, communities, government, and more. We offer weekly group meditations all year-round.
