À propos
I am a multi-media artist, working in oils paint, acrylic and clay.
I studied Illustration at Sheridan College and I started making pottery at night school during high school and have never stopped. The two disciplines sometimes dance together on my pots!
I follow the spark of an idea and see where it takes me. This may come to life as highly detailed work, or in a more rustic expression, inspired by texture, pattern and ancient symbolism.
Through out all , my work is nature based, with the focus on people, animals and plants.

The Elora Fergus Studio Tour has been operating for 38 years as a free, annual event to celebrate the abundance of exceptional artists living and working in Centre Wellington. Each artist is juried in by an esteemed panel of experienced artists, and we allow a maximum of 40 participants. We advertise our tour in major cities within a 2 hour radius of Centre Wellington.
