Covid-19 and the experience of Covid-19 is fresh in the minds of everyone. Participants will join in an ongoing conversation with the artist about Covid-19 and what good came from the ordeal. The artist believes that humanity applied a good deal of ingenuity to figure out how to live through Covid. The complication of Covid forced everyone to make changes to routines and lives. Change is hard but when pushed we all stepped up and did what we had to do. What if that out-of-the-box thinking was used in our lives moving forward and we adapted to change faster/better? Interested people can join the conversation and/or decide to sit and journal on a small paper box. The small paper box represents the mind and the journaling on the outside references new ways of thinking to live a more productive life. The box is a tactile reminder of what is possible, kept by the imaginer to take home. A variety of coloured paper/pens will be offered for this purpose.

I am a professional artist in Prince Albert working out of a commercial studio called HeartSpace Clay Studio. My studio offers wheel and handbuilding classes. Along with clay I work in many mediums. I enjoy creating projects that gently persuade the heart and mind to shift.
