Jen Gregory
"My art is my expression of joy and the beauty of nature. I seek a connection with the viewer that nurtures playful curiosity and inspiration."
Jen Gregory is a new artist in residence at the Gan Arts Network. She is currently deep diving into investigating her process, while playing with collage, mark making, painting, basket making and printing.
Jen naturally turned to creativity as a child, and has never stopped, using many different mediums, including chocolate!
Formally a member of the Rideau Lakes Artists Association, she was the committee lead for the 2019 Summer Show. Jen painted a barrel for the Gan BIA, that now stands in front of the Gananoque Information Centre. She participated in the Gananoque Art Bomb, with a performance/installation in the Gananoque Horticultural Park, and designing and installing a 4 foot square mural of the 1000 Islands on the Lighthouse Provisions building. In 2021/22 Jen was enrolled in Fine Arts Program at St Lawrence College in Brockville.
Jen also loves running creative classes, more recently in conjunction with Gan Arts Network and at the Kingston Seniors Centre.
Jen is represented by the J2 Gallery at 33 King St East in Gananoque.
